Last minute details

Hi Family,

The verbal responses to this family reunion has been outstanding. However, we haven't received everyone's registration forms yet. I understand that it has been a holiday weekend and I expect mail through out the coming week. So if you have procrastinated on getting your reservation in the mail, please take this gentle reminder to heart.

Peggy needs to have all the directory orders in soon, so if you are interested in a spectacular family directory, please get your order into her as soon as possible. Like wise, if you want a Nicola Family Genealogy scroll, please contact Diane as soon as possible. Judy Jutzy is working on the t-shirt order. You won't want to miss having your family identified with this year's Nicola t-shirt. Here is contact information for each one:

Some of you have asked about the cost of the dorm rooms. They are at no charge to us, as is the rest of the campus. The cost for registration is simply the food expense. You may have additional expenses depending if you decide to golf or purchase Mary Kay products, etc.

Things to Bring:
Bedding, bath towels, comfortable clothes and walking shoes, light jacket (the evenings can cool down), Nicola artifacts for the museum, old family photos on CD or just bring them and we'll scan them at Rio, your memories and lots of space in your heart to embrace "new" family members.

Donations: We will collect a donation to give to Rio Lindo Academy for generously allowing us to use their campus for the weekend. Included in this donation will be payment for one of the Rio staff who will assist in the kitchen.
